This application CSbot Assistant is operated by CS Technologies s.r.o. This Privacy Policy describes how we process your personal data in connection with the Google Contacts integration feature.

3. What Google Contacts Data We Access

If you choose to connect the application with your Google Contacts, we only access the following data:

• Contact names – display names of your contacts
• Phone numbers – phone numbers associated with contacts

We do not access any other data such as email addresses, photos, home addresses, notes, or any other information stored in your Google Contacts.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

We use Google Contacts data exclusively for one purpose:

• Caller identification – displaying the caller's name in call history instead of just a phone number

5. Where Data Is Stored

Important: Your contacts are NOT uploaded to our servers.

• Contacts are stored only locally in your browser (localStorage)
• Data is encrypted using the AES-GCM algorithm
• The encryption key is tied to your login session and is not accessible to third parties
• Access tokens for Google API are also encrypted and stored locally only

6. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share your Google Contacts data with any third parties. The data never leaves your browser and is not sent to any servers, including our own.

7. Data Retention Period

• Contacts are retained in the browser for 24 hoursfrom the last fetch, then automatically refreshed from Google
• When you log out of the application or disconnect Google Contacts, all data is immediately deleted
• Clearing browser data (cache, localStorage) also removes the data

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights:

• Disconnect – you can disconnect Google Contacts at any time in the application settings, which will immediately delete all data
• Revoke access – you can revoke the application's access to your Google Contacts at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions
• Right to information – you can contact us for information about the processing of your data

9. Security Measures

• Data encryption using AES-GCM (256-bit)
• Use of HTTPS only for all communication
• Access tokens are short-lived and automatically refreshed
• No data is transmitted to third-party servers

10. Cookies and localStorage

This application does not use cookies for tracking. We only use localStorage for:

• Encrypted storage of contacts (if the feature is enabled)
• Encrypted storage of access tokens
• Storing application preferences

We will notify you of changes to this policy by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. We recommend checking this page periodically.
