1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the rights and obligations when using the CSbot Assistant application (hereinafter "Application"), operated by:

By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Application.

2. Definitions

• Application – the CSbot Assistant web application available at csbot-assistant.lovable.app
• Operator – CS Technologies s.r.o.
• User – any natural or legal person using the Application
• CSbot Service – the voice assistant operated by CS Technologies s.r.o.

3. Service Description

CSbot Assistant is a companion application for the CSbot voice assistant. The Application allows you to:

• View call history with the voice assistant
• Play call recordings
• View conversation transcripts
• Manage message templates for the voice assistant
• Optionally integrate with Google Contacts to identify callers

4. Terms of Use

4.1 Authorization to Use

The Application is intended exclusively for users who have an active CSbot voice assistant service. Access to the Application requires verification via a phone number registered with the CSbot service.

4.2 User Obligations

The User agrees to:

• Use the Application in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws
• Not misuse the Application for unauthorized purposes
• Protect their login credentials from misuse by third parties
• Not take actions that could compromise the security or functionality of the Application

5. Google Contacts Integration

5.1 Optional Feature

The Application offers optional integration with Google Contacts. This feature is used to display caller names in the call history based on their phone numbers.

5.2 Scope of Access

As part of the integration, the Application only accesses names and phone numbers from your Google Contacts. The Application does not access any other data (email, address, notes, etc.).

5.3 Local Processing

Data from Google Contacts is processed and stored exclusively locally in your browser. It is not sent to any Operator servers or third parties. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

5.4 Revoking Consent

You can revoke access to Google Contacts at any time directly in the Application or through your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Provided "As Is"

The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The Operator does not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation of the Application.

6.2 Limitation of Damages

The Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

6.3 Service Availability

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Application at any time without prior notice. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights to the Application, including graphic design, source code, trademarks, and other elements, belong to the Operator or its licensors.

The User receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Prohibited Activities

When using the Application, it is prohibited to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Circumvent security measures of the Application
• Use automated tools to access the Application (bots, scrapers)
• Distribute malicious software or disrupt the Application's operation
• Use the Application for illegal purposes
• Impersonate another person or entity

9. Termination of Use

9.1 Termination by User

The User may stop using the Application at any time. To completely remove Google Contacts data, simply click "Disconnect Google Account" in the Application settings.

9.2 Termination by Operator

The Operator reserves the right to limit or terminate User access to the Application in case of violation of these Terms or for other serious reasons.

10. Changes to Terms

The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the Application or by email. By continuing to use the Application after changes are made, you agree to the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. All disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

13. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the original intent.
